Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access my services. How I handle your personal data is explained in my Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

I provide web development, WordPress development, e-commerce solutions, automation integrations, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be agreed upon before commencing work.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and your satisfaction.
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be discussed during project initiation.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in work suspension until the account is brought current.

4. Project Process

Each project follows a structured process:

1. Requirements gathering and project scoping
2. Design and development phase
3. Review and revision rounds
4. Final delivery and handover

5. Revisions and Modifications

I provide unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the deliverable. Major scope changes or additional features beyond the original agreement may require a separate quote.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final deliverables, except for any third-party assets or licensed materials used in the project. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Providing necessary assets, content, and access credentials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring you have rights to use any materials provided to me

8. Refund Policy

I offer a full refund if I fail to meet the agreed-upon project goals. If you choose to cancel a project in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Domains, hosting and business email have their own rules (see section 9). Please refer to my Refund Policy for detailed information.

9. Domains, Hosting, Email & Third-Party Services

• Purchased on your behalf: Domains, hosting, business email, SSL certificates, licences and plugins are bought from third-party providers, and I pay them in advance.
• Renewals: They renew annually. I send reminders about 30 days and 7 days before each renewal, and renewals are invoiced unless you have authorised automatic charging in writing.
• Cancellation: Email me before the renewal date and the service will not renew, with no penalty.
• Refunds: Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable. Hosting and business email are refundable within 30 days of the first purchase only. Renewals are not refundable. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
• Ownership: Your domain is registered in your name, and I will transfer it to you on request once any balance is paid.

10. Software Products & Custom Builds

• Ready-made products: One-time and lifetime plugins, themes and add-ons are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of the first payment only, and renewals are not refundable.
• Custom builds: Plugins, themes and add-ons built specifically for you are non-refundable, except where I fail to deliver what we agreed.
• Agreements: A written deal or contract between us overrides these terms where it says something different.

11. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Confidentiality

I will maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during the collaboration. Your business information, strategies, and data will be treated with utmost care and will not be shared with third parties.
